AST and Mount Snow Enter the Blogoshpere

If you haven't heard the news yet, the AST Dew Tour - one of the biggest names in action sports events - is launching a winter series this December. And they have chosen Mount Snow, Vermont to host the January branch of the tour.

Mount Snow will be the ONLY stop on the East Coast this year, and the event will be FREE to attend. That's right. Free. So come out and show the AST Dew Tour what the East Coast is all about.

AST Winter Dew Tour Schedule:
  • December 18-21: Breckenridge Ski Resort, Colorado
  • January 8-11: Mount Snow, Vermont
  • February 19-22: Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort, California

In preparation of this huge event, Mount Snow, the AST Dew Tour, and DewMass Marketing are joining forces to provide you in-depth blogging on the inner workings of the Tour. Look for news, updates, stories, upcoming promotions, multimedia and so much more over the next few months.

  • UMass, Football, and One Giant Van

This weekend, Mount Snow rolled out their all new SWAT van (that's it in the back!) and hit up UMass-Amherst for some tailgating action on Homecoming weekend.

Kids were introduced to "Cornhole" - a sweet beanbag-tossing game from the Midwest. Of course, prizes were given out, including Mount Snow lift tickets.

Speaking of which, Mount Snow is now open. At least the Launch Pad - a freestyle terrain area - is. And it's open to the public. For free. Details here.
